Shipping Policy

Orders go to our U.S. fulfillment center as soon as they are placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are picked up the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery estimates are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories can take a few days longer. We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the United States; those are carried by USPS and can take slightly longer.

International Shipping

We do ship outside the United States. International orders are packed and sent by us rather than through our U.S. fulfillment network, so they take longer - typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are charged once the shipment reaches your country. ELYPRO INC is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating. If you created an account, you can also see your order under My Account.

Something not right?

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your U.S. order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation email, or 30 days for an international order, email orders@elypro.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
