Everything ELYPRO sells started as a sketch. We have been inventing and making our own home products in New York since 2014, and we have carried our own designs all the way to granted US patents. We know the road from an idea to a product on a shelf, and it is a great deal shorter with someone who has already walked it.

What makes a submission easy to say yes to

Lead with the problem, not the product. The ideas that get our attention solve a small, everyday annoyance that nobody has solved properly yet.

Show us something. A phone photo of a napkin sketch is fine. A taped-together cardboard mock-up is better. Nobody here is judging the drawing.

Tell us where you stand on protection: patent granted, application filed, provisional filed, or nothing yet. All four are normal answers. It changes how we talk, not whether we talk.

What happens after you press send

Your submission comes straight to us, and we read what comes in. We only come back to you if we want to take the idea further, so no reply is not a verdict on your idea, and you stay free to take it anywhere else at any time.

If we do come back, the first step is a written agreement between us before anything detailed changes hands. Nothing is settled until both sides have signed.

One honest word before you send

Send us enough to understand the idea, not your whole file. If your idea is not protected yet and protection matters to you, speak to a patent attorney before you send it to anyone, us included. Good ideas keep.
